Client Objective 

As their key demographic has become the fastest growing user segment to embrace technology, Aveo required a website design to promote their Live Well ethos and generate increased sales and enquiries.  In addition to providing information about retirement living, the site needed to showcase properties for sale and provide content such as village profiles, village management, property descriptions and client testimonials. 

iFactory Solution 

In order to facilitate Aveo’s shift towards showcasing their extensive range of real estate, iFactory designed a website to target the needs of the potential buyer.  The web design therefore incorporated features such as a map-based location search (Google Maps integration), intuitive category searches for those looking for specific site services, interactive mixed media galleries with YouTube integration for property displays, and links to the Quick Enquiry form at the point of sale.  iFactory also assisted Aveo with photography selection by auditing their existing image banks to achieve consistency across locations and effectively showcase their properties.  Content banks were also included to maintain currency of general location information that may appear in multiple locations throughout the website.  Additionally, Aveo continues to engage iFactory to manage their strict email marketing schedule, the design of which aims to target niche audiences based on user demographics and profile selections.
