About the Client

Established in 1990, BWC Group has extensive experience in all facets of the construction industry from office fit-outs to civil and infrastructure to child care developments. Their longevity and success as a company is summed up by their mission “On time and on budget is what BWC Group deliver.” They service mid-tier and high-end clients including Channel 9, Stocklands, Goodman Group, Origin Energy, Mater Health Services, Guardian Early Learning Group and CBRE.

Client Objective

The brief for the new BWC Group website was simple: It needed to reflect the diversity and breadth of their construction capabilities and position their brand for mid-tier to high-end clients. BWC Group were looking for a contemporary, easy to navigate website which is responsive and easy to update via a content management system. Their checklist included lead generation, engaging ways to showcase their projects and assistance setting up their digital marketing strategy.

To achieve BWC Group’s digital objectives, iFactory designed a fully optimised, responsive website for faster loading time. With their audience in mind, we created a visually stunning design that highlighted their project work and showcased their capabilities with an interactive homepage. We utilised WordPress for its versatility and ease of updating, integrated an enquiry form for lead generation and created dedicated project pages to showcase their diversity. As part of their digital marketing strategy, iFactory focused on completing a digital presence audit, SEO keyword analysis and competitor analysis for BWC Group which resulted in recommendations for optimal engagement, social media channel set up and design of social templates for consistency across all channels. We provided SEO copywriting to ensure the site could be found in a saturated property development market. Before the launch of the new site, it was very rarely visited. Since launch, the website has become significantly more popular with a 96% monthly change in visitors.
