Daily checklist for social media managers

As social media becomes increasingly ingrained in how we interact with one another, the pressure is on for marketers to convert Likes into leads. And it’s no wonder, especially as 71% of users say they’re more likely to purchase from a brand they follow online. The stakes are high.

In pursuing these leads though, it’s common for social media managers to spend part – if not all – of their day planning and creating content, switching between platforms, responding to comments and reviewing metrics.

If your boss has recently added Social Media Manager to your job title, or you’re starting out in social media marketing, here’s an idea of the duties you’d be expected to perform on a daily basis.
