Client Objective
iFactory was engaged during JobSource’s company relaunch, rename and rebranding. Their aim was to launch this new identity with a custom-designed responsive website that would improve user engagement and drive business growth. The website needed to be accessible on mobile devices such as smartphones and tablet to make it easy for employers on the construction site to review JobSource services and make contact.

The responsive design and user-centric layout mean employers and job seekers alike can now access the site on their mobile devices and, with as few as one touch/click, find the most relevant information. The website also integrates with social media platforms through ShareThis and dedicated JobSource channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. Working within JobSource’s new branding guidelines, iFactory’s design choices communicate depth and trust by incorporating strong imagery, a user-centric layout of content, CSS transitions and animation that brings movement and life to the site, all of which is boosted by prominently displaying client feedback.
