Studio42 Offices is a new venture offering flexible and fully supported office space environments for every situation. On-the-go business travellers who need a place to work from for a few hours, rising start-ups who are busy worrying about changing the world with their hot new app or long-term ventures who want the convenience of not having to organise their own office space are all catered for in Studio42’s range of offices, meeting rooms, co-working and hot desk solutions. Support staff are also on hand to answer phone calls, take messages, organise meetings and perform as they would a dedicated office administrator, but at a reduced cost.
Studio42 Offices not only needed a website to introduce their serviced offices to the market, but it needed one that would comprehensively convey their unique selling points continuing into the future. The company wanted to promote themselves not only to people in Brisbane but also interstate and overseas visitors who needed a place to work from while in transit in various capacities. Each of the serviced offices, meeting rooms and training rooms have a unique configuration and offer different opportunities for workers to take advantage of. Additionally, the site needed a way for people to be able to book rooms online easily and work on desktop, mobile and tablet devices.
iFactory developed a mobile responsive site that cleanly presented the range of services that Studio42 Offices offer. An online booking form lets visitors know immediately what services are available at a given point in time, and easily make and pay for bookings to reserve spaces. The site also featured the ability to switch languages easily, allowing non-English reading users to navigate the site handily. Google Maps integration showed visitors the office’s location in a familiar way and we added blog functionality so that Studio42 staff could update people on the latest news. To help the launch of a new business, the site was completed with a Digital Marketing Strategy. The digital marketing rollout was constructed from the ground up to maximise the exposure of the new website and digital footprint and was promoted with social media advertising and content marketing.
