About the Client
Developed by Geon Property, one of Queensland’s premier property developers, The CO:UP aims to re-invent the Large Format Retail Centre in the heart of Townsville. It’s a hub where people from all walks of life can get together, recharge, play and relax. The facility has areas for different fitness levels and interests, featuring Urban Climb as an anchor tenant and activities such as mini golf and swimming available.
Client Objective
Geon Property needed a website that would invite future visitors and tenants to see their vision and then sign up to register their interest. There was a requirement for it to integrate compelling visuals with smart copy to get the concept across to the local community. The look and feel of the site needed to match the energetic branding of the real-world location and to introduce The CO:UP to the community that it will be serving in 2019 and beyond. The CO:UP project is an ambitious and exciting development and the website was a part of the complete package.

iFactory worked closely with the client to deliver a fresh and engaging online presence for the project. We started by developing a font and colour palette that matched Geon Property’s style and worked well online, which was used to drive the design direction of the website going forward. The website included technical information for prospective tenants including floor plans, available leasing opportunities useful material about the development’s location and an easy way for interested parties to contact Geon. By using the popular WordPress content management system, we quickly integrated an easy to update News section was added for Geon staff to keep the public informed on latest developments. Of course, the website was designed from the start to look great on desktop, mobile and tablet devices.
