PresCare has been providing aged-care facilities in Queensland since 1929. PresCare’s services include residential care homes, home care services, affordable housing, respite care, dementia care and disability care.
PresCare needed a new website with improved functionality and better visual communication that seamlessly integrated with their new high-profile marketing campaign that included TV commercials. Behind the scenes, the company found it difficult to deal with multiple website for each of their key brands, including PresCare, Surecom and Adapt Healthcare. The extremely tight deadline was not negotiable as it was a vital part of the campaign.
iFactory’s previous experience in the aged-care sector was a key part of the solution. Working with the PresCare team, we established that the location of care facilities was one of the highest priorities of users within the target market, along with understanding the range of services provided. The new website was built ensuring users could intuitively search by location and/or service and assess which PresCare services are available at each location.
Commissioned photography, videos and stock images were used to create the vibrant, professional and positive tone PresCare wanted to communicate. A custom Create My Own Care Plan tool lets you tailor PresCare’s services to suit individual needs, tastes, personalities and budget.
